Hello fellow reds!

By: Stuart | October 12th, 2007

Hello, my name is Stu and here to blog on the mighty Nottingham Forest. As far as I’m aware I’m the only League One blogger so make the most of it.

I’m a 24 year old Journalism student and am hoping to work for BBC Radio Nottingham when I graduate in summer 2008, so I can talk about Forest and get paid!

I don’t remember when I began supporting Forest, I just know that I always have done. Things have been going pretty badly for us in recent years but I really feel like we’ve got a decent team together now. Apart from the slow start to the season, the team has played some nice football and the defence looks solid as a rock.

A quick prediction for tomorrow’s game with Cheltenham: 3-1 to us with Agogo scoring two and Commons with the other, and Forest ending the day top of the league with a game in hand.dscf0142.JPG

    Welcome to theoffside from POMPEY!

Can I just add that Kris Commons is a class act. I would honestly have him in the Portsmouth squad.

Oh and good luck with working for BBC Notingham, I also aspire to be a sports journalist after graduating from Uni.

Cheers for the comments guys. Lennon’s settled in pretty well Trentside despite his years, and has said this week that he is winning his battle with depression - which is good!

Commons is indeed a class act and a true Forest fan. He could’ve easily been playing in the Premiership with Birmingham this year but decided to stay and help us out of the graveyard we’re in.

Hey Stu, welcome from the Blackburn Offside. Glad to see someone else jumping on the bandwagon…
